Shipping Guidelines


Shipping Information
We are family owned business - not a big corporation. We along with our loyal employees, strive to fill your order the best we can. Your order is very important to us. Most items will be shipped in a reusable Styrofoam cooler packed with 1 or more cold packs. Shipping is included in the online pricing on orders delivered within the continental United States. Extra charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii. (See additional charges) For UPS Next Day Air delivery, please call us.

Please Note
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery of your order. This allows us to ensure freshness and proper handling of your very important order. For your convenience, we recommend that you ship the package to a place of business or residence where there is someone available to sign for the package during regular business hours. Packages must be refrigerated upon arrival. Due to the perishability of most items we can only ship Monday through Wednesday. During the warmer summer months, we will not ship items that will sit over a weekend. For some destinations and/or products 2 or 3 day shipping and extra charges may be required. We will contact you in these instances.

Substitutions
Your orders will be filled exactly as ordered whenever possible. However, if a shortage of a certain item does occur, we reserve the right to substitute, in which case we guarantee at least equal or better value.

Addresses
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Deliveries are guaranteed to correct street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Be sure all addresses are correct and include daytime phone numbers for each recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address provided to us, or for packages sent to individuals who have moved or are on vacation. It is your responsibility to inform third party of their deliveries. Signatures are not required to prevent packages being delivered back to shipping terminal and spoiling. It will be the sender's responsibility to cover the cost for reshipment of a product in the event that we are provided with an incorrect address.

Gift Messages
You may personalize gift packages with a personal message. Your message will be printed along with a packing sheet detailing the contents of the package. If no greeting is indicated for an item being shipped to someone other than yourself, the message will read "From (your name)"

Postdated / Delayed Shipments
If you'd like to place your order now for a shipping date in the future, just let us know. Your order will be processed immediately, but will not be shipped until your request date. Be sure to place your holiday orders early so they arrive on time.

Quantity Discounts
We have no provision for discounts on our website. If you wish to place a high quantity order, call us at 800-873-0117 and depending on the item you want and quantity needed, we will consider a special price for you.
