4 boneless pork chops
2 TBS brown sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2 medium tart red apples, peeled, cored, and sliced.
3 TBS chopped pecans
In skillet over med-high heat, brown chops in margarine, vegetable oil, or non stick cooking spray until nearly tender; removed and keep warm. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add butter to skiller, stir in seasonings and apples; cover and cook until apples are tender.
Remove apples, return chops to skiller & arrange apple mixture on top. Cook until sauce thickens slightly. Spoon sauce over apples and chops on serving platter and sprinkle with pecans.
