Beef : Barbecued Flank Steak

1.5 - 2 lb. flank steak

Marinade:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs mustard
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced

Place steak in a shallow glass dish. Combine marinade ingredients; pour over steak. Cover and place in fridge. Marinate overnight, turning once. Remove steak from marinade and put in center of a pre-heated barbecue. Cook for 5 min. each side. (steak will be browned on both sides and pink in center) Prolonged cooking will just toughen steak. Cut steak across grain of meat. Serve.
